As a small Canadian manufacturer committed to precision, craftsmanship, and quality, we produce every blade in limited batches. Demand has grown significantly, and to maintain the high standards our customers expect, all holiday pre-orders will begin shipping in the first quarter of 2026.

Our Classic line up of knives are simple and clean. Handle material will be traditional Maple, Walnut, Cherry or Peruvian Walnut. All of the function you could need and classic looks.

Bespoke

Our Bespoke Line of knives are truly one of a kind. No two handles will ever be the same. All the same function of the Classic line with the added uniqueness of a one of a kind handle. Each Bespoke knife is uniquely serial numbered and will forever be referenced in our online gallery.

Makers Specials

These knives are made slowly one per month by our makers. Each knife will be customized and modified in some unique way the maker felt that month. Each knife is serial numbered and signed by that maker. This special knife may have an extremely special handle, modified blade shape, or special grind profile.
