GENERAL RETURN POLICY:
The return policy herein and all stated conditions apply to all items purchased from DICED Knives. Your satisfaction is important to us, so if a situation arises that is outside of the general return policy, please contact us directly and allow us to find a way to make you happy at info@dicedknives.com. The policies below are here to honor consumer rights while protecting DICED Knives, but we have been known to go above and beyond the policy protections to satisfy customers that support us when possible.Products must be returned within 30 days and with proof of payment, undamaged, unused and in perfect condition. If knives show any sign of use, sharpening, honing, etc they will not be accepted for return or credit. All items returned to DICED Knives must be done at the expense of the buyer. The items should be packaged in the shipping box to prevent damage and fully insured. Please notify us of the tracking number so we can follow the progress of the parcel. Funds will not be reimbursed until we receive the items in question and have approved them in good condition. The refund will be the amount paid minus the shipping/handling fees (our actual shipping cost for those orders where shipping was included for free), potential restocking fee and any other incurred costs. When sending parcels to us across an international border it is the responsibility of the buyer to state that the item is either being returned or temporarily imported for repair. Failure to do so may result in import tariffs and/or brokerage fees that are out of our control. Please be aware that as of late, customs enforcement on all international borders is extremely strict. Any item found to be damaged or used will not be accepted or credited for return or exchange.Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments: If there are any issues with your purchase, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by email or phone. DICED Knives will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by the carrier.

We want all of our customers to be very pleased with their purchase. Therefore, all of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping and packaged appropriately to prevent damage in shipping. TERMS OF SERVICE DICED KNIVES SHIPPING POLICY
For internet orders and inquiries, our goal is to respond in 24 hours and ship the purchase as soon as possible. No orders will be shipped out on civic holidays. Large or extensive orders, special items requiring special or custom packaging, or orders requiring customization in our facility may require extra time. Our free shipping policy will exclude periods of unforeseen transportation interruptions such as natural disasters, weather issues, infrastructure problems or postal strikes. Parcels are shipped from DICED Knives retail store or our manufacturing facility based on inventory availability. This may lead to orders being split or possibly delayed for a short period. If you have multiple items coming from separate locations you will get multiple tracking numbers, but we make every effort to limit this occurrence. Shipments crossing international borders can be detained by the country’s customs agency. These delays are beyond our control. International shipments are all sent with an electronic or physical commercial invoice for this reason. DICED Knives is not responsible for any extra duties and charges incurred from customs agencies. With the fluid nature of tariffs and duties at the moment, we cannot guarantee shipping laws will not change rapidly and we are not responsible for those changes.
Customers in Canada and the USA:
Within BC-DICED Knives will cover the cost of shipping within BC for all orders $299 CAD or over using economy shipping rates. Our free shipping will utilize Canada Post Parcel Service with tracking and insurance and an estimated delivery within 2-5 business days. Expedited shipping/rush orders will be at the purchaser's expense and we will utilize any number of trusted couriers that will be insured and can be tracked. Any orders that require expedited shipping can be expressed at checkout and extra costs will be received by DICED Knives prior to shipping the order.
Across Canada - We ship with the Canadian Parcel Service and charge a flat rate of $20 CAD. In most cases, packages arrive at Canadian destinations within 2-7 business days. Remote locations may extend this time. Canadian Parcel Service allows us to insure and track the package to perform updates on a parcel’s progress.
USA - Generally, packages will take 2-7 business days for delivery, Hawaii and Alaska could be more. Whenever possible we will track packages to provide updates upon request.Other shipping options do exist; you can select your preferred service through the checkout page if you would like faster service. Other services may require additional charges, and we will confirm with you and obtain any additional payment prior to shipping.Shipping outside US and Canada:Any order being shipped to countries outside Canada and USA will be shipped by a trusted courier that can be tracked and insured. Shipping fees will be calculated at the time of receipt and conveyed to you, so you pay only what costs we incur.

We like to help where we can and customer satisfaction is our priority despite all this legal mumbo jumbo. It never hurts to ask us so don’t be shy. Custom orders as well as SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged without express approval by DICED Knives - we encourage you to inquire about a return for a custom or sale item before purchase so we can offer the maximum amount of flexibility in this regard. By placing an online order with DICED Knives, you are agreeing with the terms and conditions of use stated above in this TERMS AND CONDITIONS page.
