Where does your steel come from?
We use premium AEB-L stainless steel, trusted worldwide for its fine grain structure, edge stability, and corrosion resistance. We source it through a trusted Canadian supplier before processing the blades in our Lower Mainland facility, where it is cut, heat-treated, ground, and finished to meet our uncompromising standards.
How hard are your knives?
The knives that leave our shop are treated to between 60-62 HRC on the Rockwell Hardness Test, achieving the optimal balance of exceptional edge retention, strength, and long-term performance trusted by professionals.
What kind of servicing and warranty do you offer on your knives?
All DICED knives come with a lifetime guarantee on the edge based on case-by-case.
