Begin with balance and feel: Wa (Japanese) for a refined, lighter grip with precision control, French for a timeless, contoured hold rooted in classic technique, or DICED's Chef style for agile and responsive comfort.

Go bold with a colour handle from our signature palette selection, or keep it timeless with classic maple or walnut. Whichever direction you choose, the result is unmistakable unique.
