DICED offers a complete collection of culinary knives in essential styles and sizes, alongside exclusive in-house specialty pieces.

1) Select your handle

Choose Wa (Japanese) for a refined, lightweight grip with precise control; French for a traditional, contoured hold; or DICED's Chef handle for agile and responsive comfort.

2) Select your finish

Traditional maple or walnut, or a coloured handle from our signature colour palette.

(Handle and ferrule styles may be selected independently to create your preferred unique combination.)

3) Select your blade

Choose the blade shape that suits your technique, or present one as a gift.
